Tube a Thon

“Put the Fun in Fundraising Tubing Event”! 

The Deerfield Valley is coming together once again to raise money for the Rotary Club of the Deerfield Valley Scholarship Fund which supports local schools and their projects and activities.  This annual Tubing Event is a great chance for the community to get on the Mount Snow Tubing Hill. We know that people in our area won’t want to miss out!! A snowy hill awaits you with several lanes to choose plus a BBQ, S'mores and fire pit to warm up! Bring your friends for a fun time!

The event will take place on March 17, 2024 at Mount Snow from 1 PM to 3 PM.  The parking is free after 1 PM!  Tubes are provided.

A $20 donation, as well as sponsorships will be used for the Scholarship Fund.

Tube-A-Thon Sponsor Opportunities

$50: Name on all marketing materials.

$75: Name on all marketing materials, 1 tickets to the event and BBQ meal.

$100: Name on all marketing materials, 2 tickets to the event, BBQ meal, plus your business sign at the event.

2024 Sponsors at the $100 level will be entered into a drawing. 

The winner will have their donation returned,

or they can leave it in the Fund!
